Learn from Dave!
If you are a new business owner who just needs some guidance at an affordable price (and you are scared of all the stuff you see out there on the internet from so-called “industry leaders” who have never actually started a business in their entire lives), the Going Out on Your Own Series from Peters Professional Education is for you! David Peters is a CPA, financial advisor, and licensed insurance agent. You don’t need someone who just talks to small business clients. Learn from someone who is a small business owner. Learn from someone who has started several small businesses himself. Learn from someone who has experienced the struggles and triumphs of going out on your own. Learn from Dave!

Is there really an advantage to choosing one entity type over the other? In this class, we will dig into the differences between entity types – from taxes to liability. We will even say some things about which entity types are harder to get setup!
